I help business owners earn trust at scale, so customers say yes with less friction.

In three businesses, my job has been to reach people and earn their trust. Now I help other owners do it on purpose.

What I help with

Friction is anything that makes a customer hesitate. Each of these areas removes some of it.

Trustworthy profile and digital presence
When people look you up, what they find should answer their doubts before they have to ask.
Word of mouth
A customer who arrives on a friend’s recommendation already trusts you a little.
Charisma and communication
Clear, warm communication makes the first conversation easy to start and easy to continue.
Branding
A consistent brand tells people you will be the same business tomorrow that you are today.
Sales
Honest, specific answers remove the doubts that stall a decision.
Marketing
Marketing that promises only what you deliver brings in customers who already know what to expect.
Customer service
How you handle a problem after the sale decides whether people buy again and tell others.

How I think about trust

  • Trust is earned before the first conversation.

An investor approached AGAAS because of the profile I had built. People decide whether to trust you long before you speak to them.

  • Trust compounds across ventures.

AGAAS did not start from zero. Its first customers were clients who already knew me from Brey.

  • Trust without a financial buffer isn’t enough.

Trust gets customers to say yes. A buffer gets the business through slow months. A business people can rely on needs both.

Three businesses

What I did in each one, what happened, and what it taught me.

  1. Fjellbad

My first business, started at 22

    What I did

I started Fjellbad with my business partner, who handled SEO and integrations. I did all the outreach, customer support, branding, brand deals and partnerships.

    What happened

Revenue was about $20k in the first year and about $80k in the second. We grew fast and assumed it would keep going. We never built a buffer for slow months, and when they came, we weren’t ready. Fjellbad didn’t survive it.

    What it taught me

Trust brings customers in, but it doesn’t protect a business that isn’t ready for a bad month.

  2. Brey

    Between Fjellbad and AGAAS

    What I did

Next came Brey, with the same partner: SEO, website building, CRO and branding. I cold-called businesses and closed them as clients.

    What happened

One client I cold-called became our business partner in Brey. The clients I closed there became the first customers of AGAAS.

    What it taught me

Trust compounds across ventures. What you earn in one business carries into the next.

  3. AGAAS

    Founded June 2026

    What I do

I focus only on building trust and reaching people. My business partner does the tech.

    What happened

The profile I built attracted an investor. He approached us and introduced his network, and some of that network joined the team.

    Today

    • 100+ customers
    • 13 people on the team
    • 300+ in the onboarding queue

    What it taught me

One person’s credibility can open a whole network.

Work with me

I work one-to-one with business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. This is how it starts.

  1. Tell me what you’re working on.

A few sentences through the contact form is enough.

  2. We talk it through.

A conversation to understand your business, your customers and where they hesitate.

  3. You get a scoped proposal.

A written proposal with the scope of the engagement and a quote. Nothing is billed until you agree to it.

Engagements are scoped and quoted individually.

About

I’m Gabriel Olivencia, a business consultant. I started my first business at 22. In all three of my businesses, my side of the work has been the same: reaching people and earning their trust.

That’s why trust is my subject. I’ve seen what it opens: customers, a business partner, an investor and his network. I’ve also seen where it stops.

Now I teach business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to build it on purpose, and at scale.
